WHERE CULTURE meets PLAY

As a company that focuses on creating educational and cultural material for children, we do not stand with racism, sexism, xenophobia, and homophobia.  We believe BLACK LIVES MATTER. We stand with those who are outside protesting,  those inside educating themselves and their families, those who are donating and organizing, and those whose hearts are heavy and weary.  Make no mistake, systemic racism and oppression have existed since this land was colonized by early European settlers.  We were founded in 2012 as a response to Arizona eliminating ethnic studies curriculum in schools and have been fighting since then to make sure families have the material needed to teach children about their roots and other cultures. 

While we support and respect the Jewish community, we do not stand with the Israeli government and its strategy to get Hamas. It is a genocide. it is implementing the same political tools and propaganda that was once used on the Jewish population in Europe in the 1930s and during WWII. 

• We are furious with the criminal neglect our government has shown in light of ongoing police brutality, and disproportionate illegal killings of black Americans.  

• We are furious at the rise of white supremacists in our country and the world.

• We are furious at the violent response to protesters.

• We are furious at the recent spike of racist attacks towards our Asian brothers and sisters.

• We are furious at how our country seems divided on something as essential as people's lives. 

• We are furious at the current situation in Palestine. It is a genocide and we won't stop calling it for what it is until Palestinians are safe.
